The Hill 4-11 Association will hold its 19th Reunion at The Radisson Downtown Moline – in Moline, Illinois from Friday, July 18 through Sunday, July 20, 2008:

July 18, 2008:

• Deluxe continental breakfast served from 6:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. (M-F)
• 8:00 a.m.: Registration opens, pick your packet and name tags.
• Take R&R the rest of the day and see the sites of the Quad Cities.
• 5:10 p.m.: Busses will leave the Radisson for the Celebration Belle.
• 5:30 p.m.: Hill 4-11 members and family will board the Celebration Belle, one hour before the cruise departs and before the general public boards.
  6:30 p.m.: The Captain’s Dinner and Dance Cruise starts.

July 19, 2008:

Deluxe continental breakfast served from 7:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. (Sat-Sun)

Enjoy the sites of the Quad Cities and the Mississippi River.

5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Happy hour at Johnny’s Steak House.

6:30 p.m.: Banquet followed by Hill 4-11 meeting.

July 20, 2008:

Deluxe continental breakfast served from 7:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. (Sun)

Everyone who attends the reunion will pay a registration of $77.00 per person. This price includes the welcome dinner aboard the Celebration Belle, ground transportation to and rom the Celebration Belle, a banquet and dinner at Johnny’s Steak house. (See the above itinerary.)

The registration fee does not pay for you room; you will have to make your own reservation at the Radisson. Members and family ofthe Hill 4-11 Association will be staying at The Radisson Hotel in downtown Moline, IL. The hotel is within walking distance to Johnny’s Steak house, “The Mark,” John Deere museum and close to the Quad Cities Casinos.

Reservations can be made on-line at: www.radisson.com/molineil or call 1 888-202-1718. Rooms start at $90.00 per night, does not include a 13% tax. When making your reservation be sure to mention that you are a member of the Hill 4-11 Association. Parking is free. The cut-off date for rooms and registration fee is June 20, 2008.

The hospitality room is free as long as we fill 50 rooms. And, for those who arrive early or stay late, you can get the discount two days before and two days after the reunion. For those of you who camp or have an RV, the Rock Island Forest Preserve is just 15 minutes north on Highway 84. They can be reached at: 309-496-2620. For those flying into the Quad Cities Airport, you can call The Radisson at 309-764-1000 for the Radisson shuttle bus.
