Ellis handed the 3rd Battalion, 1st Infantry and FSB 4-11 over to LTC Leslie Stottle in 1969.Major General Lloyd B. Ramsey is conducting the ceremony.SMG Huey P. Fautheree predicted the ceremony would bring incoming rounds from the enemy.
