The 91st Evac Hospital was located at the Americal Division headquarters in Chu Lai, South Vietnam. It was actually located on high cliffs overlooking the beach of the South China Sea. Dr. Kugler took these pictures during part of his tour which included duty at the 91st Evac Hospital.
