Huey Fautheree

Huey P. Fautheree
Huey P. Fautheree, SGM USA (retired), served as the Operations NCO for the 3rd Battalion, 1st Infantry in the Republic of Vietnam from December, 1968 to December, 1969. During this time, he served under then LTCs George V. Ellis and Leslie J. Stottle who were the Battalion Commanders.
While in Vietnam, Huey took many pictures and saved several newsletters, a magazine, and other printed materials. Recently, Huey’s sons, David and John, copied his entire collection to Compact Disk (CD) and provided a copy to Charlie Wood so the collection could be published and shared on the FSB Hill 4-11 website.
Many thanks to Huey, David, and John for making this information available for others to view. It will certainly help us all in one aspect or another.
