We process our orders one day after they have been received. Unless it is on a Friday. Orders received on a Friday will not process until the following Monday or the next day that does not fall into a Holiday.\u00a0<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All orders are shipped complete if there is a back order situation we will notify the customer in order to determine how to handle the situation. Although we make every attempt to have items available in stock, occasionally we may list inventory as back-ordered, indicating that the item is temporarily out of stock. These items are not available to ship immediately because we are in the process of securing additional inventory from our suppliers. All back order orders are handled on a one by one basis. We will do our best to accommodate our customers.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY<\/p>

Every order we ship is triple checked by our staff before it is packed. However, once a package leaves our store with an international destination we can no longer be held responsible if something happens to it in customs. If customs opens your package, confiscates merchandise or anything else of that nature we can not be held accountable.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Your order will probably be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Unfortunately, SDS Medical Supplies Inc. has no control over these fees. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment.
