1. Search services that you’re interested in.
Tell us the service you’re interested in and a rough location to work with. We don’t need your exact location right away, but if you give us at least a zip code we can find and display Helpers near you.
2. Create an account.
Accounts are free, and they’re easy to make. Just give us the basics and we’ll get you a Helper as fast as we can. Note: We loathe spam email as much as you do. We’ll never reach out for things unrelated to your account unless you want notifications sent that way, and we’ll NEVER share your info with anyone (even our best friends).
3. Send a request
Fill out a simple questionnaire regarding the help you need so that the Helpers know if they’re right for the job.
4. Highlight helpers
Once you submit a request, you can highlight up to two Helpers you’d prefer on your request. This part is optional but lets the highlighted Helpers know you’re genuinely interested..
4. Helpers contact you
Once a Helper sees your request, they’ll reach out with whatever method you requested, whether that’s in-app messaging, phone, or email.

The first step is to create an account for your business. Try to create a profile that’s professional but shows the real you. Profile photos of you or your crew rather than a thing you did are usually a big hit.
2.Browse available jobs
Askers will post jobs they need help on, so search for something that falls in line with the interests of your business.
3.Use credits to gain contacts
When you find an asker you’d like to help, use credits to purchase the contact. Credits can be purchased in bundles, but every new business that signs up gets ____ free credits. Additionally, if you perform community service work on behalf of your business, you’ll earn more credits for free. That’s right—don’t have the capital from your business to buy leads yet? Just do a little volunteer work and your leads will be on our dime.
4.Askers may highlight you
Once you’re online, Askers who are looking for your help can reach out to you by highlighting your profile in connection with the job they’re posting to express their interest. We allow them to sort by proximity and not just star rating, so if you’re new, don’t worry! Askers will still be able to find you!
