We connect individuals and small businesses (“Helpers”) with people seeking services (“Askers”). Our goal is to strengthen local communities by making it easy to find and offer help.
2. Accounts
– Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
– Account Types: Askers and Helpers must create separate accounts.
– Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
– Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
3. Using the Platform
– Askers: You can browse services, submit job requests, and highlight preferred Helpers.
– Helpers: You can browse job requests and use credits to unlock contact details.
– Free Credits: New Helpers receive free credits upon signup. Additional credits can be earned through community service or purchased in bundles.
– Community Service: Helpers who perform verified volunteer work may receive bonus credits and recognition.
4. Payments and Credits
– Lead Access: Helpers use credits to access Asker contact details. Each lead typically costs around $5, though pricing may vary.
– Refunds: Credits are non-refundable unless required by law.
– Purchases: All purchases are final. We do not store payment information.
5. Content and Conduct
– User Content: You may upload job descriptions, photos, and messages. You retain ownership but grant us a license to use this content to operate the platform.
– Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:
– Post false or misleading information.
– Harass or abuse other users.
– Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
6. Privacy

7. Disclaimers
– We are a platform provider and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered.
– We are not responsible for disputes between users but may assist in resolving them at our discretion.
