What are your shipping options and costs?
Orders $100 or more ship for free. Orders under $100 incur a flat rate of $7.95.

At Herbs n More, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy:

Return Eligibility
● Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
● Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
● Opened or partially used items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. Return Shipping
● Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
● We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

 

Refund Process
● Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping charges).
● Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 

 

How to Start a Return
● Contact our support team at info@herbsnmorestore.com to request a return authorization.
● Ship your unopened product to the address provided by our team.
● Include your original order number for faster processing.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping times vary by location but generally take 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Damaged Items
•If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@herbsnmorestore.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
•We’ll review the claim and offer a replacement or store credit based on the situation.


Lost Packages
•If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please:
1. Check with household members or neighbors.
2. Contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.

Herbs n More is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier, but we’ll help you file a claim and work toward a resolution when possible.

Stolen Packages
•Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we cannot replace or refund stolen packages.

We accept all major credit cards, and PayPal.

We strive to carry products from brands that make 3rd party tested supplements in a GMP certified lab.
We can give general guidance but always recommend consulting with your health care provider as well.
