Event Policies

Deposit Policy

To confirm your event, we require a 50% deposit. This deposit reserves your event on our calendar and ensures the availability of the requested performers or rentals. Events will be tentatively held for up to 72 hours. If a deposit or signed agreement is not received within this time frame, your event will be removed from our calendar, and availability will no longer be guaranteed.

Non-Refundable Deposit
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy ensures that we can adequately prepare for your event and secure the necessary resources.

Inclement Weather Policy
Cancellations due to inclement weather are not accepted. However, we do provide the option to reschedule your event to a future date.

Rescheduling Policy
Clients are allowed one reschedule if requested at least three days before the original event date. The rescheduled date must meet the following conditions:

  1. Performer Availability: The same performers or rentals must be available for the new date.
  2. Timeline: The rescheduled event must occur within 60 days of the original event date unless otherwise authorized by X-tremeTalent.
  3. Calendar Conflicts: We reserve the right to deny rescheduling if the requested date conflicts with prior commitments on our calendar.

 

Failure to Reschedule
If a reschedule request is not made within the outlined timeframe or the new date cannot be accommodated, the deposit will be forfeited.

Agreement Confirmation
By making the deposit and signing the agreement, clients acknowledge and accept these policies.
