By engaging with X-tremeTalent, you agree to abide by these policies, which are designed to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all parties involved.

Deposits and Payments

1. Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve talent for your event. The deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.
2. Payment Timeline: Service fees and deposits must be paid within ten (10) days of the invoice date. Failure to make timely payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.
   • For bookings made less than ten (10) days prior to the event, full payment is required at least two (2) business days before the event date.
3. Full Payment: All remaining balances must be paid as agreed upon in your invoice to finalize your booking.

 

Refund Policy

1. Client Cancellation: Deposits and fees are non-refundable in the case of a cancellation or postponement initiated by the client.
2. Service Non-Delivery: If X-tremeTalent cannot provide the agreed-upon talent or services due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund will be issued as per the invoice agreement.
3. Refund Timeline: Any approved refund will be processed and issued within two (2) weeks of the service cancellation.

 

Performance and Scheduling

1. Start Time: We encourage punctuality to ensure your event runs as planned. Performers will accommodate a delay of up to fifteen (15) minutes without additional charges.
   • Beyond 15 minutes, a waiting fee of $20 per 15-minute increment will apply, subject to the performer’s availability.
2. Unavailability: If a performer is delayed or unable to appear due to circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to arrange a reschedule or substitute. If no alternative can be agreed upon, this agreement will be canceled with no further obligations from either party, and a refund of prepaid amounts will be provided.

 

Personal Safety and Conduct

1. Safe Environment: We require a safe and respectful environment for our performers and staff. While we welcome friendly and good-natured interaction, we do not tolerate demeaning or threatening behavior.
2. Performance Interruption: If inappropriate behavior persists after reasonable efforts by the performer to address it, the performance may be stopped. In such cases, full payment will still be required.

 

Liability and Responsibility

1. Liability Limitation: X-tremeTalent assumes no responsibility for any damages, delays, or expenses incurred in connection with this agreement, beyond the agreed refund terms.
2. Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the venue and audience meet the requirements for the performer’s safety and comfort.

 

Agreement Acknowledgment

By confirming your booking with a deposit or full payment, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
